Refurbished surgical lasers for sale
Holmium, CO2, and other surgical lasers, matched to the procedure and the fibers you use. Inspected before shipping, with a 90-day warranty.
Who buys them
Urology centers buy holmium lasers for stone and prostate work. ENT, gynecology, and general surgery buy CO2 and other wavelengths for soft tissue.
Models we commonly source
- Lumenis

These are examples of what we commonly place. We source outside them on request.
What to check before you buy
The questions our proposal answers for every unit, so you can compare it against anyone else’s.
- Wavelength and power
- The procedure decides the wavelength and the power you need. A laser bought for stones is a different machine from one bought for soft tissue.
- Usage
- Hours or pulse counts on the laser source. We report them from the inspection.
- Fibers and consumables
- Fiber compatibility and the cost per case. Confirm current fibers are still available for the model.
- Electrical
- Some high-power lasers need a dedicated 208 to 240 volt circuit. Check the room before delivery.
- Safety program
- Laser use needs a laser safety officer, eyewear for the wavelength, and in some states registration. Check your state’s rules before delivery.
What comes with a unit you buy
The paperwork your biomed team asks for, before you sign.
- Inspection
- A qualified technician inspects and tests the unit before it leaves. You get the results with the paperwork.
- Service history
- PM and repair records go out with the quote when the unit has them, so your biomed team reviews them before you commit.
- Warranty
- 90 days on parts and labor, starting the day the unit arrives.
- Delivery
- Freight to your dock, arranged by us. For health-system centers we follow the system’s biomed intake and documentation process.
- After day 90
- A maintenance agreement, quoted alongside the sale if you want one.

Questions buyers ask
Are fibers included?
The proposal says which fibers come with the laser and confirms current fibers are still sold for that model.
Do you sell aesthetic lasers?
This page covers surgical lasers. Ask about anything else; we source to spec.
Why is there no price list?
We source each unit to the request, and the price depends on model, generation, configuration, and what the market is doing that month. You get an itemized proposal within 48 hours instead.
Is the equipment new?
It is refurbished: previously owned, inspected, tested, and warranted for 90 days. That is how the price stays well below new.
What if the model I want is not listed?
Ask for it. The models on these pages are examples of what we commonly place, and we source outside them all the time.
Can we trade in the unit we are replacing?
Yes. Take its value as a credit on the invoice or as cash at pickup. See the trade-in page for how it works.
