Refurbished endoscopy towers for sale
Complete towers or single components, built to the specialty and matched to the scopes you already own. Inspected before shipping, with a 90-day warranty.
Who buys them
Orthopedic ASCs buy arthroscopy towers; GI, ENT, urology, gynecology, and general surgery buy endoscopy and laparoscopy systems. Many buyers replace one component and keep the rest of the stack.

What to check before you buy
The questions our proposal answers for every unit, so you can compare it against anyone else’s.
- Camera control unit
- The CCU generation decides which camera heads and scopes work with it. Match it to what you own before buying anything else.
- Camera heads
- Heads wear with reprocessing. Confirm which reprocessing method they are rated for and check the image on a test.
- Resolution
- HD or 4K, end to end. A 4K CCU on an HD monitor gives you HD.
- Light source
- LED sources run cooler and avoid lamp replacement; xenon units need lamp hours checked.
- Insufflator
- Flow rate and pressure range for laparoscopy, and whether it integrates with the CCU.
- Completeness
- Tower, cart, monitor, printer or recorder, cables, and couplers. A missing coupler stops a case.
What comes with a unit you buy
The paperwork your biomed team asks for, before you sign.
- Inspection
- A qualified technician inspects and tests the unit before it leaves. You get the results with the paperwork.
- Service history
- PM and repair records go out with the quote when the unit has them, so your biomed team reviews them before you commit.
- Warranty
- 90 days on parts and labor, starting the day the unit arrives.
- Delivery
- Freight to your dock, arranged by us. For health-system centers we follow the system’s biomed intake and documentation process.
- After day 90
- A maintenance agreement, quoted alongside the sale if you want one.
For a few weeks or months instead of for good, rentals run through our sister company, with service included in the monthly rate.

Questions buyers ask
Can you match a tower to the scopes we already have?
Yes. Send the scope models and we source a camera control unit and heads that work with them, or tell you if they do not.
Do you sell components on their own?
Yes. A single CCU, light source, insufflator, monitor, or camera head is a normal order.
Why is there no price list?
We source each unit to the request, and the price depends on model, generation, configuration, and what the market is doing that month. You get an itemized proposal within 48 hours instead.
Is the equipment new?
It is refurbished: previously owned, inspected, tested, and warranted for 90 days. That is how the price stays well below new.
What if the model I want is not listed?
Ask for it. The models on these pages are examples of what we commonly place, and we source outside them all the time.
Can we trade in the unit we are replacing?
Yes. Take its value as a credit on the invoice or as cash at pickup. See the trade-in page for how it works.
