Refurbished C‑arms for sale
Full-size and mini C-arms, image intensifier and flat panel, matched to the cases you run. Inspected before shipping, with a 90-day warranty.
Who buys them
Pain management and orthopedic ASCs buy most of the C-arms we place, followed by vascular, urology, and general surgery. Mini C-arms go to hand, foot, and ankle practices that do not need a full-size unit.

What to check before you buy
The questions our proposal answers for every unit, so you can compare it against anyone else’s.
- Detector
- Image intensifier (9 or 12 inch) or flat panel. Flat panel gives a wider field without distortion and costs more; for most pain and ortho work an intensifier is enough.
- Generation
- Within one product line, the generation decides software, dose controls, and how long parts stay available. Ask for the build year from the serial number.
- Tube and generator
- Tube condition drives the repair risk on an older unit. We report what the inspection finds.
- Software packages
- Vascular, cardiac, and subtraction packages are licensed options. Confirm the unit carries the ones your cases need.
- Monitor cart and workstation
- Single or dual monitors, image storage, and DICOM export to your PACS if you need it.
- Registration
- X-ray equipment has to be registered with your state radiation control program, and many states require a physicist survey after installation. Check your state’s rules before delivery.
What comes with a unit you buy
The paperwork your biomed team asks for, before you sign.
- Inspection
- A qualified technician inspects and tests the unit before it leaves. You get the results with the paperwork.
- Service history
- PM and repair records go out with the quote when the unit has them, so your biomed team reviews them before you commit.
- Warranty
- 90 days on parts and labor, starting the day the unit arrives.
- Delivery
- Freight to your dock, arranged by us. For health-system centers we follow the system’s biomed intake and documentation process.
- After day 90
- A maintenance agreement, quoted alongside the sale if you want one.
For a few weeks or months instead of for good, rentals run through our sister company, with service included in the monthly rate.

Questions buyers ask
Should we buy a flat panel or an image intensifier?
It depends on the cases. Flat panel gives a larger, undistorted field and lower dose at a higher price. For most pain management and extremity work, a late-generation image intensifier unit does the job for much less.
Do you sell mini C-arms?
Yes. Orthoscan and Fluoroscan mini C-arms for hand, foot, and ankle work, sourced the same way as full-size units.
Why is there no price list?
We source each unit to the request, and the price depends on model, generation, configuration, and what the market is doing that month. You get an itemized proposal within 48 hours instead.
Is the equipment new?
It is refurbished: previously owned, inspected, tested, and warranted for 90 days. That is how the price stays well below new.
What if the model I want is not listed?
Ask for it. The models on these pages are examples of what we commonly place, and we source outside them all the time.
Can we trade in the unit we are replacing?
Yes. Take its value as a credit on the invoice or as cash at pickup. See the trade-in page for how it works.
