What to check before you buy
The questions our proposal answers for every unit, so you can compare it against anyone else’s.
- Ventilator
- Modes and patient range. Pediatric cases need a ventilator rated for low tidal volumes.
- Vaporizers
- Which agents, how many mounts, and which mount standard. Vaporizers are often sold separately; confirm they are included.
- Gas monitoring
- Integrated agent and CO2 monitoring, or a separate monitor. Confirm it fits your charting and your monitor brand.
- Software and service status
- Software level, open manufacturer notices, and whether the model is still supported for parts.
- Calibration and PM history
- Anesthesia machines need documented checks. Ask for the records with the quote.
What comes with a unit you buy
The paperwork your biomed team asks for, before you sign.
- Inspection
- A qualified technician inspects and tests the unit before it leaves. You get the results with the paperwork.
- Service history
- PM and repair records go out with the quote when the unit has them, so your biomed team reviews them before you commit.
- Warranty
- 90 days on parts and labor, starting the day the unit arrives.
- Delivery
- Freight to your dock, arranged by us. For health-system centers we follow the system’s biomed intake and documentation process.
- After day 90
- A maintenance agreement, quoted alongside the sale if you want one.
For a few weeks or months instead of for good, rentals run through our sister company, with service included in the monthly rate.

Questions buyers ask
Do the machines come with vaporizers?
They can. The proposal lists exactly which vaporizers and agents are included, because they are often priced separately.
Can you match the machines we already run?
Yes. Most facilities want one platform across rooms for training and parts. Tell us what you run and we source to it.
Why is there no price list?
We source each unit to the request, and the price depends on model, generation, configuration, and what the market is doing that month. You get an itemized proposal within 48 hours instead.
Is the equipment new?
It is refurbished: previously owned, inspected, tested, and warranted for 90 days. That is how the price stays well below new.
What if the model I want is not listed?
Ask for it. The models on these pages are examples of what we commonly place, and we source outside them all the time.
Can we trade in the unit we are replacing?
Yes. Take its value as a credit on the invoice or as cash at pickup. See the trade-in page for how it works.
